Sugars a little high, not really sure why as I haven't eaten anything that different.  Hopefully just the normal ebb and flow.  I'm guessing that at my current pace I will hit my long term goal sometime in Feb or March.  Then the long road to transition and finally maintenance.  I have no idea what's going to happen once I get off Medifast and I'm slightly scared that all the weight will come rushing back, but I guess that's the risk.  It's up to me to keep the weight off, to get back into the gym and start getting tone.  I figure sometime at the 210 mark I'll get back into my body building routine that I had going for a while back in 2005.

I didn't even realize until Sunday morning that I hadn't posted last week's numbers, so a double weigh-in special today!  Making good, steady progress which is about all one can ask for at this stage.  Think I will be off by a couple of pounds when it's time to meet the Wii Fit goal.  That said, I'm under 250 for the first time in a long time (probably high school) and am super stoked about that.  On Saturday we went to Wal-mart and there were clothes there that I could actually buy and fit into.  It was definitely exciting to be shopping at a normal store!  The diet grind gets to me sometimes, but I keep on pushing through it.  Last week at work we had a lunch time meeting where they ordered pizza.  The amount of will it took to eat my pretzel sticks instead of that deliciously smelling pizza was extraordinary, but I managed it somehow.

A surprisingly good week at this stage.  I figured I was out of the lose 5 pounds in a week zone but I will take it.  Once more I set my goal at 15 pounds for the next month.  At this stage I know I can meet that goal.

Wow this week has flown by.  I'll find out Monday if I hit my Wii Fit goal, I think I will but it will be close.  Debating on going aggressive or not with the next one.  At some point I know the pounds will come off slower and I keep wondering when that plateau is going to hit.  It is nice to see steady weight loss instead of spikes like before.  When this is all over, and I'm off Medifast and at a healthy weight, I'm considering submitting my story to them.  Hell, I'm considering advocating for them for free!  It takes some serious will power to stay the course but when you see this good of results, this quickly it really helps to keep your motivated.  I can see why Take Shape For Life has sprung up around Medifast, it's really a great program.

Just about halfway there!  Not sure if I'll make the Wii Fit goal, I will likely end up a pound or so short since I haven't been exercising very hard since I moved.  I do walk every day at lunch but it's not the same as a decent cardio workout three times a week.  My goal for the next week is to actually find a gym that's convenient on the way to work.

Didn't check my sugars, was feeling lazy and good about myself.  I'll probably regret it next week!  Only a small loss since Wednesday, but I was expecting that.  I have two and a half weeks to meet my Wii Fit goal, and am only 6 pounds away.  Might be more difficult if I can't find a gym between now and then.  Thinking I might bite the bullet and just join one of the major chains.  While I really enjoyed the atmosphere and less crowded gym of the Bethany Athletic Club, I'm not sure if I'll find the equivalent here, especially something that's only a few minutes drive.

Late on posting this.  I weighed myself on Wednesday but been busy and didn't get a chance to post it.  Things are still looking good.  Since we've moved I haven't found a gym to go work out at yet, so I'm thinking that the loss might slow a bit but I am walking every day at lunch for an hour or so, I imagine that will help out until I can find somewhere that I liked as much as I liked the Bethany Athletic Club.  I've decided to reward myself when I hit my next Wii Fit goal.  I think either a book or game.  In other news, it's football season, yay!

Today I hit my Wii fit goal ahead of schedule.  I set a new one, still going aggressively, at 15 pounds in a month.  I thought about bumping it down to 12 but decided to take the challenge upon myself.  If I hit my goal weight in a month I'll be under 260 pounds for the first time since high school.  Medifast is difficult at times, horrible at others, and then bland the rest of the time.  I'm getting tired of the food, but the results are worth it.  I walked 2 miles back and forth between the hotel and PAX and Saturday, plus who knows how much more walking the Expo hall and to various panels.  There's no way I would have been able to do that before Medifast and still stand up on Sunday.

Weight - 275 (aka down 6 pounds from last week, I was right!)

Sugars - 120

A little high on the sugars, I'm going to have to keep an eye on that over the coming week.  This is likely due to the fact that I made some questionable eating choices at the coast.  Nothing too terrible but bad enough to possibly cause the spike (example: I forgot to tell them to grill my prawns instead of bread them).
