7-18-2011 Weigh-in

Weight - 294

No blood sugar check this time.  It seems to have stabilized for the time being.  I really need to keep to weighing myself only once a week.  I did it three times last week (after every day I went to the gym) and was super frustrated this morning until I pulled up the blog and saw that I had a net loss from last week.  Granted, it was only a pound that I had gained since Wednesday but it doesn't seem logical that I can eat 1000 calories a day and put on weight.
