So sugars are up, not really sure why. My only guess is that I'm not walking as much as I was during the late summer/early fall. I checked a gym out last week but was put off by the attitude of the person at the front desk. I really do miss the Athletic Club, it was my kind of a gym. In the meantime I think I'll see if I can't dig up EA Active and start toning at home before I go to work. It really would be the easiest way (and cheapest). Time's going by a warp speed it seems, I can't believe it's already November, and I actually weigh under 240 pounds. A year ago I would've never thought I'd be this thin (not too much longer to go!).
I would like to take the time to scold all my skinny friends who didn't warn me of the following: 1) wow it gets cold and 2) chairs are seriously uncomfortable without padding. Also, my bed is bigger. Not in pure measurement, but with the two of us being smaller. I think it's causing back problems for the both of us.
